Rochester Housing Market Survey Recently, the City of Rochester, New York underwent a thorough housing market study - the first in over 40 years!
Timing the Real Estate Market - Rochester Vital Signs Tracking Having closely followed the real estate market in the San Diego, California area, Robert M. Campbell identified trends over time and in turn devised a method for tracking the trends of key indicators or "vital signs". Since then, The Campbell Method has been regarded as one of the breakthrough concepts in real estate investing, for both professionals and ordinary people looking to purchase a home.
